The House tried doing just that in '06. We all saw what happened after that bill passed.

Well Romney stayed on the right side of the issue. Good for him. Florida is over. Now let's get to the rest of the country where we don't have special interest groups that dote over illegals..........

BlackNight I work with Cubans they are very racist towards illegal immigrants. They consider the Mexicans low class peasents.

Grasping for straws here aren't you?

I am saying hispanics prefer McCain's stand on the issue of immigration over Romney hardline. It's all about the issue.

Yeah, right.

Your use of the word "hispanics" indicates race, not issues. Are you claiming hispanics are monolithic? Do hispanics think alike?

Thats because Romney hires illegal hispanics to slave away in his million-dollar mansions, used to support the McCain amnesty plan, then turns around and hypocritcally runs on anti-illegal immigration platform.

Latinos in Florida saw Romney's blatant hypocrisy, and they rejected him. I applaud them.

As I have opined on in the past: so-called 'Hispanics'; unlike Blacks, are not reliable sources of votes for the Democrats.

As do.. Argentinians. They consider ALL South Americans to be low class peasants. And speaking about Cuba.. they have a significant Afro population, and lets face facts, the Blacks weren't the best treated. Yet I do not know why cubans would make this comment because.. conditions in Cuba are much worse than that of Mexico.
