As predicted, the “reasonable suspicion” clause has been blocked. Basically, all contentious aspects of the law have been stricken. Also, non-citizens will not be required to carry proof of legal status, which is mandated by Federal law. The law will become effective tomorrow, but with mega restrictions.

Great more fuel tossed on the anti-liberal fire for the conservatives. Glad to see it! We WILL take back this country one way or the other!

You've got that right! I guess illegals will now return to Arizona. Let the lawlessness resume.

This was coming, and I think everyone expected it.

There is a serious constitutional issue with this law. While it was "fixed" and I could agree with it more then, the judge is just interpreting the constitution, which is his job. The legislature writes it, the executive branch executes it, and the judical branch interprets it.

If the Feds don’t enforce the law, citizens are going to start taking matters into their own hands, and it won’t be pretty.

Huge Fail on Judge Susan Boltons behalf, the so called controversial sections that she put a hold on have already been ruled upon by the 9th District Court.. Google, De Canas V Bica and Gonzalez Vs City Of Peoria

I don't think she had a big enough pair to rule in favor of these sections today with all the Anti SB1070 and threats of civil unrest on non comply... instead she chose to pull those parts and have a higher court rule on them again sometime in the near future when the illegal lovers are busy carrying the cross of some other "injustice"

What a sad sad day for the legal system and states rights

This is great great news!!! I am very proud of this judge! We need to let the conservatives and bigots know that they don't run things anymore. The Mexicans are here to stay and the old white tea party types need to get used to that. Arizona was stolen from Mexico to start with and the Mexicans have every right to be there.
