It all depends. Unlawful presence after being deported is a crime. Much like unlawful entry is a crime. In any event, "crime" or not, it is unlawful.
Again, I ask... there are tons of MS-13 and other gang members out there, if the Trump administration is looking to deport "bad hombres" why aren't they concentrating on these SOBs?

An illegal immigrant is a criminal by being here illegally. They have to face the consequences for their actions just like everyone else does. The immigrant advocates don't seem to understand this fact.
