We cant. Citizens and business speak different languages here in VA. Citizens speak english, businesses speak $$$$$$$$$$$$$. We have many folks here in VA who cant afford an education want to sob for them?

Re-read my post please, the one you quoted verbatim.

At no time did I infer that Lopez was not a resident of Virginia.

I see it differently. VA colleges are just trying to recoup the $ we wasted to accomdate illegals and anchor babies. I call it getting even.

Well it looks they can join the military, get stationed in Norfolk then get in-state tuition:
