Those so-called parents should be charged with child endangerment. They are unfit parents.
They're not trying to game the system. They're trying to be a part of something that doesn't game them. They come from a place so bad that they're willing to risk everything to get here, and in truth, to be a part of something with you. And you tear them from their children at a greater economic cost to yourself and to this country than it would cost to give them a chance here. Why? What hate? Your attitude will be one that future generations cringe at, when they read about it in history books. Do you want that to be your legacy, like the nativism of previous generations?

Cue: Faux outrage
Ignore the fact that previous administrations separated parents and children.
Distract the muggles from questioning CONgress and its lack of legislation on the issue.

Solution that is unacceptable : abolish socialism and all its freebies.
There, solved it.

No more economic benefit to invade, no jobs "under the table", no burden on the taxpayer.

We don't arrest people applying for asylum. Asylum doesn't begin with sneaking over the border

They are absolutely gaming the system. They could have sought asylum in Mexico or any other country they passed through.
As I said in another thread. Where I lived I watched white trash teach their kids to misbehave in school, act hyper. They go to a shrink who is a state/ county paid shrink and said shrink puts the kids on meds, the state pays disability, the school puts the kids in special ed.
The parents get that disability check and love it. They have all their kids doing it. Then they get welfare, because its a full time job taking care of the disabled kids.
The kids? Broken for life now. Taught to game the system but not be productive.
Scammers all do the same thing. Scammers who use kids do the same thing. It's for the children!!! Their battle cry as they use their children to garner sympathy and benefits.
They aren't trying to be a part of something with me. They are trying to take advantage of something that I am a part of.

This is so heartbreaking and sick.

A Texas sheriff's deputy was being held Monday on a charge of "super aggravated sexual assault" of a 4-year-old girl after authorities say her mother, an undocumented immigrant, was being blackmailed to stay silent about the abuse — or face deportation.

When they come this far it's called asylum shopping. It's like shopping for a new car. Who gives them the best deal. In this case they should have came last year(before Nov 2016) when the rebates were hot. Now, not so much.

Even then if they had followed protocol they would have been fine. Instead they decided to STILL cross illegally vs at check stations. Oh well.

If guilty I would not be opposed to capital punishment for the deputy. He of course hasn't been found guilty yet.

While the story is tragic, the mother is an illegal and should be deported.

And there you have it. Caught here illegally and suddenly demanding asylum.
Isn't that like getting caught stealing then begging for or should I say demanding charity?

I am sorry but America just don't have the resources or tax money to keep taking in people and paying for their needs.
I think it's time for Trudeau to sit down with Trump to have a little chat about people from the country to the South illegally entering Canada. It's time that people in the USA learned that they need to solve their own problems instead of creating a sad situation where their people flee to the country in the North.

I am sorry but Canadians just don't have the resources or tax money to keep taking in people and paying for their needs. Trump needs to address his problem of his people illegally entering other countries. Only then can Trump whine and complain while he traumatizes children from other countries.

Canada will not be a refugee camp, and Canada cannot allow that to happen on Trudeau's watch.

Canada is debating stopping the safe third country agreement that applies to asylum seekers because it requires that border countries hold the same values. Canada's values require that when processing asylum seekers, the best interests of the children are most important. Since the USA no longer holds this value, the safe third country rule no longer applies.
