Semantics semantics, it all comes down to the summary that ALL Illegal Aliens have committed at least one crime just to get or stay here thus making them ALL deport-able, no exceptions.
Sounds like someone does not know how do do math. 1, 2 & 8 are all the same services. What about learning to subtract illegal's tax payer contribution with their fake social security numbers....
Im not saying we should give them a break...just saying we need to give accurate information. Overall, it is going to be a burden on tax payers to deport them.

Truth be told if justice were delivered every single employer who has hired these illegals from day one should be handed the bill for deportation right along with every elected official shirking their duty willfully. Until the Congress somehow edits or amends or otherwise qualifies the overly broad language used in the first line of the first section of the 14th... not much else that might be done -including fences or full up Greyhound Buses- will matter much.

We have immigration because we want immigration. Liberals favor immigration because it makes them feel warm and fuzzy and international and all, and from a genuine streak of decency. Illegal immigrants are not just Hispanic. The majority of them indeed are.
The insanity is chasing around Hispanics trying to get votes and keep their party in office while we shell out billions to people breaking a full menu of laws with impunity, all with the excuse that it's for the Hispanic vote. There are officially two sets of implied laws in this Country. One for the illegals and another, much tougher, set for American Citizens. Apparently our elected officials are quite ok with the Citizens fighting like dogs over all issues impacting our daily lives while they look the other way. In the end they are still in power and that is all that matters to them.

Illegals drive without licenses, cross the border against the law, pay smugglers to get here (illegal activity) get jobs with fake I.D. register for all benefits, crowd hospitals, pharmacies, schools, post-offices (sending the bucks back) change their names every day (undocumented) so no one knows who they really are, do not sign up for Selective Service, and now want tuition remission to go to college to get the jobs you want....they are draining this country (over 200 billion per year) Obama has expanded social programs....we are no longer a country but a world wide social service organization......these illegals are allowed to break every law...so why should we ever go to court for anything? We should demand equality....no laws apply to illegals...no laws should apply to us....anarchy in the making???Right on negarapola...it used to be a badge of honor to be an American and respect all of its laws including border laws....

Oh sure, the millions upon millions of illegal invaders that are in this country are going to be glad and willingly to:
1) Admit they broke the law
2) Pay back taxes and a fine
3) Learn English
4) Be willing to undergo background checks
What a joke. How many are going to take the offer when dozens of sanctuary cities are popping up all over the country? 1%? 2%?
The truth is illegal immigration is destroying the middle class. There are simply not enough jobs for everyone as it is. Wages have been driven down for the blue collar workers lucky enough to still have a job.

I think you're forgetting some important laws: all illegal aliens are entitled to do what they please and receive US taxpayer-funded services & welfare benefits due to their social status/nationality/ethnicity/race/etc. They may have violated many laws which US citizens are never allowed to violate but said conditions justify them receiving guaranteed free passes for such.
Challenging the legality of illegal alien criminal activities will not be tolerated by the Mexican government, ACLU, La Raza, MALDEF, LULAC, MEChA, etc. because doing such will ALWAYS be considered hate speech and can ONLY come from the mouths of uneducated, xenophobic and anti-hispanic rednecks.
