Default questions about warsaw, in
1-how are race relations between the white and hispanic communitys in warsaw?

2-how frequent are thefts and robbery?

3-does the town have a problem with unruly teenage behavior...fights, vandalism, pranks, etc?

4-do people in warsaw have the same annoying nasal accent as chicago/detroit, or a neutral/generic american accent like in indianapolis/columbus?

Given the tone of your post, I'm going to guess you will find many more annoying things in Warsaw than race relations, teens, persons' accents, and crime.
Probably best to stay where you are for now. Things may clear up in the near future. Keep hoping for good.

annoying nasal accent??? What is your problem? I prefer my so called annoying accent to a kentuckiana accent any day!
