Well I think what you're saying is pretty much true, they should obtain some other means of employment. The problem is they often don't. They always say they are going to. Strippers are the same way. They ended up getting caught up in the hustle and grind.
But many don't.

The 1st one looks like she works at Caesars and another looked like she worked at the Aladdin. I saw one from Paris and another from Rio possibly. Definately saw Mandalay Bay in there too. Looks like they got someone from every casino on the strip. Notice how many of them are NOT smiling.

Maybe they aspire to be the best waitress around and they are satisfied with that? That's like saying a good receptionist should be fired because she didn't want to go beyond answering phones. To each their own.
And everyone has their own ideas as to what is "special" in the looks dept. They should have a well-rounded staff. Some like 'em big, some like 'em small, some like 'em white, brown, yellow, some like 'em fake, some like 'em real. Sounds like it is more your problem. Maybe you just need to hang out at the pool clubs or the strip clubs.

That old? Aladdin uniform was pretty ugly. Looks like some NY NY cocktail waitresses are in that slide also, I may be wrong. Most of the older waitresses are still there because the hotels can't get rid of them is my guess.? beautiful to me they were gorgeous Playboy bunny-esc type women. I don't see that too much anymore. It's easy to see what type of women who ever does the hiring prefers.

Same holds true about flight attendants. I think it is all about discrimination. That's what happens when people cry about their situations and expect the gov't to "fix" it. Works for some, I suppose. Ah well, there is enough eye candy out there to keep people going.
