Out of curiosity, do you live here? I am confused by the better part of town statement, and why that would be unfortunate. Unfortunate for whom? Seems rather subjective, no? I've spent more time in Silverado Ranch than Summerlin, but found both areas to be just fine. I have many friends in both. Their houses are similar, quality of life seems to be pretty much on par with the rest of the valley. Seems like an odd obseravion.
