Actually, they can get a very nice condo or townhome for under $100k here in Aliante. HOA fee's are lower than condo conversions. If you live in the townhomes, you pay a total of $119 HOA fees a month that covers the gated neighborhood and master association fee's. The Terrasini condo's may be less monthly or around the same. Each one comes with a garage and you can walk to stores,etc.
It's a good deal considering things are kept up nicely in here due to it being a master planned community, security on site, and strict rules.

Are there other areas I should be looking at besides North Las Vegas???????? Condos are too expensive in Aliante for me, because the HOA is usually around $100 a month....can't afford to add that to a payment of $600. a month.....wish I could.
