Hmmm, interesting 
Where did you get that info for 2006? Public records show that the current owners bought the house in 2003 for $226K plus sellers concession, for total of $233K.
They've been trying to sell it since February 2008, starting at $270K. It's been in foreclosure officially since April of 2008 and a short sale since 2009.
The photo is actually an old one the apparently lazy agent used from the listing in 2002! A more recent photo can be seen in the MLS listing #2049660 (from 2008 LOL) |
