They each have warts, but overall they're ok.
RVC is the odd man out. Different feel and vibe compared to the others. Probably most expensive.
Plenty of houses worth way more than that along the canals in all those towns.
I understand and would love to live on the water in a FEMA safe house even on a nasty body of water like the great South Bay. For that kind of money though there are much better choices.

No, I meant for the money around 1 millionish you really have no other choice if you want to live on the water with a boat in your backyard. You implied plenty better choices. You ain’t getting waterfront on the north shore for that money.

Anywhere from Atlantic beach to point lookout is much better than that dirty pond.
There’s plenty of better waterfront on LI. Imagine paying a million to live in Massapequa? How are the beaches there??
Lol eaton’s neck is great as long as you don’t mind driving 30+ min just to get to the LIE to live in that fixer upper. How are the beaches there? I’m assuming the same as pretty much every other Atlantic beach on the south shore. TOBAY (Massapequa) Gilgo, Jones, Long Beach, port lookout all pretty much the same. Atlantic beach is Atlantic beach
Tobay is to the ocean beaches as da riv is to RVC. Pretty good but, in a lower class.
