Welcoming any thoughts on the above purchase of a home. No schools - Kids live in another state - We work from home but use the LIRR a few times a month. Massapequa will get you the most for your money because it is a bit further from the city, which doesn't seem to be an issue for you. You can buy a house in Massapequa in the Amityville school district at a steep discount compared to the other local school districts. It may hurt you if you ever resell though.
