Baldwin, LI midwife Jeanette Breen falsified vaccine records for 1,500 children has been fined $300k by NYS. She will only have to pay half that amount if follows terms of her conviction.
but she has already paid 150k and won’t have to pay the rest if she follows the terms of the deal according to the link you posted
Breen has paid $150,000 of the $300,000 penalty. She won’t be responsible for the remainder as long as meets requirements set out by the investigation, including refraining from administering vaccinations that must be reported to the NYSIIS and accessing the system itself.
WHy would she do it and she did it to help the children? Do the children have to have the vaccine now and it is in the law?

This woman is one of those anti-vax loons and apparently parents from not just LI, but NYC and elsewhere went to her once word got out.
They took their children to Jennette Breen because she supplied what they wanted. Gave the children some quack medicine as a "vaccine", but more importantly she signed off on papers that said those children had received proper immunizations as required by law
Notice you don't hear much noise from parents whose took their children to this midwife for false vaccinations. There may be some who didn't know what was going on but you can bet the egg money most did. Now all those parents will be faced with either having their children properly vaccinated, or else...
Jeanette Breen isn't the only one out there doing this, and it will be interesting to see if NYS goes after her professional nurse license.
People who do things that put other people's lives at risk without their knowledge are evil.
Yes, people have the right not to vax themselves or their children but if they falsely say they have been vaxxed in order to attend a school or a job or anywhere that requires it those people need to be held accountable, by fining them or putting them in custody or weekend jail, etc.
I think she should be banned from her profession because she violated public trust that allowed her a license.
Fines? Not enough. Some children and adults health may have been greatly harmed, some people may have died.
We have freedom in our country but her freedom is not more important than other people's freedom.
Put me on a jury and she'd be serving some jail time.
