Hi everyone I'm moving from Chicago to LA county and i'm pretty much set on one of these 2 places. Just want to know which would you choose and why. I will be sharing the place with roommates and price doesn't matter. All I want is beach, safe neighborhood and nice places around to walk and bike, maybe some nightlife, i'm also really into the import car scene, and young people in their mid 20's is a must. Let me know thanks

Paseo De La Concha, Redondo Beach, CA 90277

27TH st manhattan Beach CA
(couple blocks before the strand on 27th)

Where is your job? Those are on opposite sides of the south bay. For example, If you are working in Santa Monica, then Manhattan Beach. If you are working in Long Beach, then Redondo.

Either way, the Manhattan Beach location is much closer to the 405 if you have to use it. Getting from Redondo to the 405 or 110 looks to be a schlep.

I know this sounds crazy but I will be opening my own hot dog cart business by the beach i have another thread about that. I have money saved up and both of these places are very affordable because I will be with roommates.
