I am moving back to either the LA or OC area, depending on which city I find best, and need to not waste time scouring the internet for weeks.
For the first couple years we will be renting, needing a 3 bedroom but could make do with a 2 bedroom if necessary..
Would love a home to rent, but condo or apartment fine for the transition.
I know of craigslist (ugh), Zillow and I saw some Westside Rentals stuff..
Anyone have a preferred was to find a listing, Realtor (leases), agency or website they absolutely loved using or heard is always reliable?
Obviously I'll have to use several avenues to find the best place, so any help in putting together the list is appreciative!
In case there are specific area questions due to certain rental agencies or complexes, etc.. I am currently looking at a pretty wide variety of (hopefully) family friendly areas like:
LA County- Pasadena, Lakewood
OC - Fullerton, Brea, Yorba Linda, Anaheim, Orange, Seal Beach, Huntington Beach
