"Worst" of anything is mostly opinion. Tell someone your favorite food to eat and they might think it's gross. Tell them your favorite country to visit and they might say, "You like it there?.....I'd NEVER go there".
Opinions are like ...you know the saying...everyone has one.
Also a lot of people think of West Hollywood as a safe area because it's expensive and there are lot's of nice places and nightlife ,etc but did you know this ?...
West Hollywood is ranked higher than Van Nuys, Lancaster, Boyle Heights, NORTH Hollywood, Panorama City , Pacoima and others for Violent Crime...according to this list at least
