Sorry about your shoulder Forest, that's gotta hurt!

17 years ago I decided to try ice skating for the first time in probably close to twenty years. Yup, dumb idea. Really dumb idea. I ended up in the ER with a fractured tibia (left) and a lacerated, chewed up knee on the right. What a mess. All because I was trying to be nice and not plow down a little girl who was unable to change directions and slid right in front of me.

Oh yes! Running nekkid is so much more fun as a group sport!

You might want to have that checked out! I'm all for preventative medicine now!!!

So, I guess with the current temps, nekkid soaks in the jaccuzzi will have to do for now!

No nekkid running for me today, the wind chill is 14*. I can't do it in March, April or May either because it's too cold. June, July, August and September are too hot to run. Then there's that cold air that comes back in October... bummer. Is skinny dipping a suitable alternative?

Aw come on, if they can do the 100 degree club in Greenland you can do a bit of Mainah skin'e dippin. I saw the photos of that and it is brutal.....you go from a sauna to outdoors, the temperature difference is more like 130 degrees....
