every now and then I get a good turn of phrase... thank you, I agree, it did say exactly what I meant. Boots? sorta, those hiking boots that are ankle high. My Dear Partner only has sneakers or really low slung shiny loafers that he hasnt worn since he left NYC. He is stubborn tho and doesnt want to run out to Kols or Sears today and says, if he needs somethng more he will get it in Maine.
