I never thought of it that way but that is exactly what happens to people. Very well worded!
every now and then I get a good turn of phrase... thank you, I agree, it did say exactly what I meant. Many years ago, as a mom, I got to teach my 8 yo daughter, who was playing Alice (in Wonderland) in a summer rec program play. She was good, but had a had time in the scene where she is trying to convince the Red Queen (played by her older sister... type casting if there ever was any <g>) not to remove her head. I thought long and hard that day about what happens, and how to make it work right in the scene. She did not make it through dress rehearsal so we had only a few hours, before the opening night presentation. There was not a dry eye in the house... except for Alice and the Queen.

Thnk you very much! The pressure is on to find a home! Our closing is while we are away in Maine. 2/28. We are good to go, like cash customers; no contingencies. It hasn't been easy or fun and it sure hasnt been profitable!!!! We hope to be able to save some $ on the other end even if we need to scale back a bit. But we are "free at last; free at last; great god almighty we are free at last!"

Boots? sorta, those hiking boots that are ankle high. My Dear Partner only has sneakers or really low slung shiny loafers that he hasnt worn since he left NYC. He is stubborn tho and doesnt want to run out to Kols or Sears today and says, if he needs somethng more he will get it in Maine.

I can do no more.
