We had chef salad: sesame grilled chicken, tomatoes, bells, spinach, portobellas, onions with salsa. Red wine followed by peach cobbler.

My Dw has been experimenting with substituting dried bean flour [powder] instead of wheat flour. When she made the cobbler, she used 50% wheat flour and 50% bean 'flour'.

Intriguing- what type of bean flour? How did it taste in the cobbler?

I thought that it tasted like whole wheat flour had been used.

She has been on this kick of shifting recipes to only using things that we can produce in Maine. One thing she had read about was grist milling beans into flour. No glutten, but otherwise okay.

There has never been a University study on Tater Tots that I'm aware of. It could be they're actually good for you! Like a glass of red wine! You never know.
