For 2 weeks they have been whimpering and crying when they get dislodged from their mother [Kaylee].

Every now and again as Kaylee walks around them and stresses over cleaning her puppies, she will accidentally step on one, so in the middle of the night a puppy will begin yelping in pain.

One of them howls. I do not know which one does it. Yet.

They have been underneath one of our son's beds. This morning 'gold boy' wandered away from the bedroom and got lost. Kaylee was in a panic, pacing around the house. She has not figured out that she can carry them. B got up and returned the puppy to the bedroom.

I expect that soon they will all be exploring the house.

By three weeks they'll be sitting up and barking so hard they knock themselves over. I love puppies!

Yeah, that will be fun to watch.

One of them started howling this morning, I ran to see which one. But Kaylee got there first, the howling stopped when she began fussing over them.

I am curious to see which one howls.

We had a dog once before that did not bark, she only howled. It was kind of neat.

Wow, was this thread ever buried. What's everyone planning for this weekend? I get to go to a regional theatre banquet and awards tonight and a lazy day tomorrow.
