Darned if I know. But it's pretty obvious if you care to look. How do they report instances of a white criminal attacking a black victim? It's wall to wall coverage, with special emphasis on the racist nature of the "hate crime." Now, how do they report instances of a black criminal attacking a white victim? Either not at all, or in such a way as to not identify the race of the perpetrator.
Why does any of this matter ? For centuries in this Country certain groups would arrive and stick together among themselves. Irish, Italian ,Polish ,German , etc. After a while ,be it at jobs or school they began to mix and there is nothing wrong with that .So again, why does it matter?

Demographers, and the Census Bureau care deeply about such matters, as does the retail industry, to name just one of many.
So only white people can be "decent people?" So you can't be "decent people" if you're black or Latino or Asian?
