Me too, 85°, bright skies and hardly any humidity. If there was some place in the country that had this all the time, I'd go there.

Average summer highs are in the upper 70s. I thought they were shooting for that?

No. It's usually in the 60's or 70's in the city itself due to proximity to the ocean.

Well 60s are nice, that's why I loved SF, but I found SD too hot when I visited there when I lived in CA. It was always upper 70s to 80s.

A few miles in San Diego makes a huge difference. The downtown area is relatively cool. The more inland areas do get quite warm.

I know it's taboo to say but I've been kind of happy with the weather for the last 6+ months. Spring and Fall here is great, especially the Fall - my favorite season here. And I'll take a cooler Spring over a hot and humid Spring any day.

Um, that's not just San Diego, its pretty much all the Coast. Just a few blocks in SF could change your growing zone.

I love San Diego. We have an office there so I get out there from time to time and the weather is just perfect. I could do that all year round.

Unfortunately, I'm stuck here, and not like moving to SD would be any cheaper for us.
