I do. The people who buy this house think they will be WFH. That would not have happened in 2019.

In fact I wouldn't be surprised if RTO is why the seller is selling. In case you haven't noticed, this is a great time to sell.

Ok and? I actually know someone interested in buying that home. She doesn't work in Boston and her husband doesn't work at all.

Lol who knows. Just very bizarre that he seems to want everyone in the state of MA commuting into Boston/Cambridge every day.
