Virtually, Sears Crosstown is a great potential location for Commercial Casino (if Tennessee legalize commercial casino).

I'll vote for a Casino..... 2 hour drive versus a 6 hour drive to Tunica....

This building seems only 1.5 million right now. If state legislature gave special permission, that will help Cleveland/Midtown recovering from crime and benefit the business around Cleveland/North Watkins.
