That's my old Brigade Commander! I had the honor of attending the 71st anniversary of D-Day. It was probably the highlight of my military career and one thing I will never ever forget.

Looks like there are 5 more pictures from that set if you wish to look. They are larger and free, that is a government website.

On June 6, 2014, the Missing In America Project in cooperation with the American Legion Post 71 of North Augusta,
S.C., and Post 193 of Chapin, S.C., conducted a full military honors funeral for seven previously unclaimed Veterans
at the Fort Jackson National Cemetery in Columbia, S.C. Those being interred had collectively served the nation for
more than 23 years. Six were Army and one was Navy having served in WWII, Vietnam and/or the Cold War. Little
more is known about the Veterans other than the fact that they served honorably. Pictured here are an Honor Guard
from Fort Gordon, Georgia and the U.S. Navy.

Special Instructions: Released, Sgt. 1st Class Joel Quebec, 81st Regional Support Command, via DVIDS.
