I agree with this point. There are alot of random neighborhood pubs and the like in St. Paul (especially off of West 7th St) that aren't prevalent on the Minneapolis side. There are also some cool old school bars on Payne Ave on the Eastside and there are two cantinas I really like on Cesar Chavez on the Westside.
