Scroll down to the KSTP video. This guys home is no shack. He has Anderson Window's, stone and stucco, etc. It looks like a 4000+ sq ft home. I've seen a lot more dumps / eye sores than this home.

Awesome! Not that he went to jail, but that the city cares enough about its infrastructure to go to such lengths. I doubt you'd see much of this kind of thing in parts of the Sun Belt!

The sunbelt (Phoenix areas for example) are dominated by HOA's. I for one don't want to cross my HOA because they will quickly levy fines.
