1. No
2. That is very hit or miss...probably would avoid
3. Good spot. Youll be close to Callaghans which is a awesome place for music/beer/burgers
4. No
5. Hit or miss right there. Are you look at the those Gated Apartments?
6. No
7. Pretty good area. Close to a lot of food options, and publix grocery

Im taking into account how much you are willing to spend and the areas. Some of the areas you mentioned have decent spots but probably not for $700 a month or less.

Disregard the price range - not all of them are within that price range. Some are closer to $1k, but are two bedrooms. Some are apartments, some are houses. I don't believe they are gated apartments.

The problem with some of these spots is that one street can be nice then the next over is bad. If you want to message me any of the places you are looking at I can give you a better idea.

That will work. Let me compile the list and I'll message it shortly.

Your safest areas are likely to be the eastern shore and the Grand Bay area.

My opinions:

Spring Hill Avenue near Upham St./N. Florida St areas.
If you're south of Spring Hill Avenue then you're certainly good. North? Sporadic.

Government St. & Michigan Ave.
Hit-or-miss, area has good bones, though

Government St. & Marine St.
Excellent area; very walkable

S. Washington Ave. & New Jersey St.
Not too safe

Mt. Island Dr. W & S. Florida St.
I have no real knowledge of this area

Azalea Rd. in Greenwich Hills
I have no real knowledge of this area

Old Shell Rd. near N. University Blvd.
Good area; not as walkable

Are you referring to Dauphin Island Parkway south of Mobile Downtown Airport? I wasn't really looking at areas as far out as Grand Bay. Even working from home I'll still need direct access to Mobile.
