My wife and her daughter and myself finally went to go see it this afternoon.
All three of us loved it had a great story line and while these types of movies are easy enough to pick apart I felt like it held it's own. WW had the right balance of storyline and action to keep us happy. With every scene she proved herself to be WW without a doubt. The 80's Linda Carter was WW now we have Gal Gadot and she rocks it!
The fact that she was lied to makes sense it's what a parent would do to protect their child even like Diana. It' on my list as soon as it hits DVD!
I wasn't too impressed with the Wonder Woman. It was OK at best, partially entertaining but overall it was a bit hallow. Story was a bit off too, her father was a God?
Pffft. I guess they had to explain why she wasn't aging like a normal person (although somehow she did age fairly normal till she became a young woman?).

The only interesting character was the cuckoo female scientist with the messed up face.
Well, actually it was pretty hazy how long it took her to reach maturity--might have taken thousands of years. But there's not really any reason why an immortal demigod (such as Hercules) couldn't come to maturity at some rate without aging. "Maturing" isn't the same thing as "aging."
For a superhero movie it was quite deep. Considering that most superhero movies are limited to "Bad guy kill people. Good guy fight bad guy. Good guy win. Rawr!"
Never was a fan of Superman myself and added to a great movie knowing he would of got his arse handed to him by Ares just made it better!
Not Really! The Real Superman wouldn't have at least. Superman has a lot of powers in which he has not used in the movies. He hasn't max in terms of power and strength.

No really he would of lost to Ares. Ares is a God Greek gods are magical, magic can hurt Superman what can hurt him can also kill him. Black Adam, Dr Fate, Dr Strange, etc. Those with magical abilities can kill Superman. It's not always about whose stronger.
It only ^^^ proves how immature and childish majority of audience is. It's a crappy movie with stitched together plot, beat up to death CGIs and sexual appeal of a female in skin tight leather corset in most ridiculous situations. Which I am curious - how much will it stink in reality, being constantly warn? As leather does THAT, you know.

Wonder Woman is a goddess. Her sweat smells like roses and cinammon.

I want Gal to remove her armored breastplate and shake that sweat all over me, dousing me in a delicious shower of her essential oils and minerals.
