I hope so. It wouldn't be the first sequel in the world to improve on its predecessor. But if so, it will be a big departure from SUICIDE SQUAD 1.

ANT-MAN was fun. GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY was fun. SHAZAM looks fun. SUICIDE SQUAD was just noise, both visual and aural.

Ant-Man was lame. That character should have never headlined a movie unless they were going to treat him seriously. Which they did not.
