That link doesn't seem to be working. Here's another one:

https://nypost.com/2020/12/26/nashvi...efore-bombing/

Of the six officers, three have been on the force for less than two years, and only one has been on the force more than five years. Very impressive.

It's interesting that the reason the officers were there in the first place was to respond to what sounded like gunshots. It seems to me that since the bomber announced over a loudspeaker that everyone needed to be evacuated, those gunshots (whether real or recorded) served to lure the police to the area so that they could then get the residents evacuated. It'll be interesting to see what the bomber's motives were, but it really does seem like he didn't want any loss of life.

Anthony Quinn Warner is the person of interest. Google shots of his address show a large camper van, similar to the one used in the bombing (labeled "Chateau" on the front and back), parked in the yard next to the home.

A look-up of his Antioch address listed a Steve Warner also living there. A look-up of Steve Warner, Antioch TN, led to his obituary, which mentioned his brother, "Tony". Steve died in the fall of 2018, at age 62. He seems to have been a year older than Anthony/Tony. A mother and sister whose names I won't give here were listed as other survivors. The family appears to be Catholic (probably very irrelevant).

So - it appears that the two bachelor brothers, Tony and Steve, shared what looks like a duplex townhouse, and that Tony was left living alone there after Steve's death a little over two years ago. Not sure any of this is relevant, except looking online for a "Tony Warner" might also be productive.

Anthony Quinn Warner was arrested a couple of times for fairly minor issues when he was in his early 20s. Nothing else.

Anthony Quinn Warner appears to have been professionally associated with a security business. Presumably he was close to his brother, who apparently died after a battle with cancer, something that would cause most close family members considerable distress. Profound grief can of course affect stability so may have been a contributing factor here. Just not enough known yet, and anything else I could write at this point would be surmise.

Off to look up "Tony Warner" in Antioch, TN.

I read in one story that the sound of gunshots may have been on the recording that was played and not 'live' gunshots? Sure did put a pall on my white Christmas morning.

Hopefully whomever they questioned wasn't connected with a group AND hopefully this doesn't give other groups ideas.

It has been a quiet 10 months, surprise!

We're down!
Don't assume the people were too bright. They may have decided to bring down internet, etc only because they knew that all those communications servers, etc were in that building. Not exactly top secret. Did they know that building was built like Ft Knox? If they knew about some other strategic location related to something totally different, maybe they would have chosen that? I bet a lot of equipment is still working. I would hazard to guess that what was destroyed will take weeks to get back up and running. Maybe even a month or two. Most people will have phone and internet within the week, but everything else will take a while.

Apparently the Target in Spring Hill was closed because they couldn’t accept credit or debit cards and the WalMart in Soddy Daisy was open but only accepting cash. 911 lines are still down as are the phones at the Williamson Medical Center. Wasn’t that AT&T “box” a block from 2nd Ave?

This is so scary. They might not have hurt anyone, but they effectively took out businesses.

The recording was so scary, it reminded me of something from a horror film.
