My son is finally off to college, and while it would be nice to live closer to him, Nashville just sounds like the right place for all of us.

Oh, and for our Cavalier friend, Raider Pride baby!

Just an update - we ended up in Huntsville, not quite Nashville, but closer to New Orleans for those important food runs

Are you in Fairview now? We just moved two weeks ago. I did finally find the info on the "Lost Cajuns" group but they are based in Knoxville and meet during the week. It would be too hard with two small kids to travel all that way! I'd love to start a group so we can all get together, share stories, EAT! Spread the word if you know any other natives. How do you like Fairview so far?

I didn't read all of the posts here so I don't know if anyone has already mentioned the crawfish boil on may 31 at 2pm at limelight downtown.

Just a thought--

You could go to Meetup: World's largest community of local Meetups, clubs and groups! - Meetup.com and start a group. Maybe the Knoxville group could refer people to you as well--if this area would be a shorter commute than Knoxville.
