In the 70's I spent a lot of time fishing on Florida's Atlantic coast.

I found many beautiful little coves and inlets.

All of them had been turned into dumps by the locals who dumped all their trash there.

There was one especially nice place called Turkey Point.

The locals turned in into a garbage dump.

Then the Feds came and cleaned it up.

And built a Nuclear plant there.

Years go I lived in Washington near a small creek called Soos Cr. It got a run of Chinook salmon every year. Some idiots would go out with baseball bats and start beating the crap out of spawning fish. Probably destroyed millions of salmon eggs. Such stupidly wanton destruction, and they were hooting and hollering the whole time. Total A**holes!
