How much snowfall have you seen so far this season? State your region of the state or town. Most of central and southern NH have been in a snow drought so far with most snow confined to the north and higher elevations.

The GFS computer model predicts the possibility of the first significant snow event to impact all of NH by early next week. Temperatures will be marginal (close to freezing).

In Tamworth there were 3 storms so far at 1 inch each, but it's all melted in the last which changed to hard rains. The rivers are up some, and the cold is back, looking to be in the teens here tonight.

The coldest so far was several days back at -1 below 0. My thermometer records the hi and the low of a given day, but does not state at what time or for how long.

I will be sugarin' in less than 90 days

We are approaching the longest dark of the year. From apx the 17th to the 23 are they.

I love it when I see the sap buckets because I know that horse show season isn't farm off. The show horses are just getting back to work when sugaring season starts as well

Hi Colebrook!

Glad to hear and see you had some snow so far. I hope the next storms bring the dump and it sticks around this time. We arrive again on the 26th and Jacob cant wait to hit the sledding hills.

Been worried we would have to stick to the tubing hills unless you get a good snow in the next few weeks.

How are things up North? We broke miserable heat records again here this week in SoCal. It was 90 on Sunday.....can't wait to get some winter!!!!

Trace amounts a few times here in the Lake Sunapee Region.

Bring on the White Gold.

Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow.

Where would one be able to look at such a model? I'm finding the forecasting on the weather.com -type sites to be utterly worthless.

Nothing whatsoever yet in Manchester. I hear we're supposed to get *some* snow this week. I'm hoping that we won't have much in the way of snow for the next couple of weeks. I'm having my knee replaced on Monday, and I'm not too thrilled about the idea of negotiating a walker over icy steps and sidewalks. :-(
