I'm fine... I'm counting my blessing everyday that I am one of the lucky ones who hasn't been effected by all this crap as of yet! Business is picking up... sold the house..bought a house... it's all good on this end! I'm still feeling positive!!!  The last one passed and so shall this one. |

Sounds like people will be drinking Busch beer and eating spagettios. People the reality check is here. Sell the second cars, skip a vacation, downgrade the 4 or 5 bedroom home, no ipod and Karate classes for Johnny and skip the dance rehersals for Sussie. Conserve people and we wouldn't be in this boat. |

That's exactly what I am in the process of doing - smaller house..smaller monthly payments..cash in the bank after closing... |

I'm sure more are trying JM... I consider myself one of the lucky bastids to have been able to sell. It's tough out there..even for those who are trying to do the right thing!
