Agreed... in my opinion too you overpaid for the house. Lots are small and power-lines are near by.

Hi All,

Can someone help me and guide me. I am in a process of booking a lot in Startford 7500 SFft lot . Woods Model 535 with Full brick frontal.
Builder is giving

1) Full bricks
2) Crown Molding package
3) Whirlpool in master bath
4) Center Island
5) Granite counter tops in kitchen
6) Ceramic tiles in foyer and baths.
7) I should be able to close without flooring done if required.
8) Basic Alarm and central VAC.

Can i get the upgraded kitchen cabinets and recesses lights (in several rooms) in the same base price of 535k?
Any other information before i sign the contract with them this Saturday would be Helpful.
What else i can negotitate with them and what can i put in contract.

Please advice

Thanks
Ash

I heard startford at monroe have opened new lots and calling potential buyers. What is the going rate for Gold/Wood models. Did anyone book a lot in "startford at monroe" recently? Appreciate any insight into the latest prices.

Hi,

I wanted to check if anyone has recently purchased the Alder unit at Stratford Meadows (Townhome) at Monroe? Is the Builder likely to negotiate? He seems to be unwilling to budge from the quoted price of 365K. Please share your inputs.

Hi,
Did you book the unit eventually? The High Tension Wires are actually further away from the lots where I am buying. So, I don't think it is a concern. However, would love to interact with some one who has bought a unit at Stratford Meadows.

Thanks
