I am considering one of the house in this community the Pembroke model , read all the post and it was very helpful.
I wanted to ask folks living in this community how there dealing went with the builder and if you have any list of upgrades which you can share with me I will like to consider those while talking to builder.

KL you have the most active member in this forum , will it be possible for you to talk to me over phone .

There are two, both within a 2-5 minute drive from the community and will not take you too far out of the way in the morning commute to the train station.

Elementary approx 8:30, middle school approx 7:30.

This forum provided tons of info and is extremely helpful. Thanks a lot KL72 and others. We will be moving in the next couple of weeks and would like to know what is the best internet service provider in the area. Looks like Xfinity does not have coverage in Cubberly and we are not sure who are the other internet/cable providers in this community.

Hi, you can choose between Verion FIOS or Comcast. I prefer FIOS as they match upload/download speeds, but honestly both are good and the bottom line for me is who has the best price. I usually switch between Verizon and Comcast to take advantage of their promotion packages. Comcast for 1 year and then Verizon for 2 years, back to comcast, etc.
