My leasing rep finally got back to me! I'm going in to sign the final paperwork and view my unit tomorrow.

I was contacted by my rep late last week to say that I'm approved and he has the approval to offer me an apartment, but he just had to get the committee or whatever to send over 2 apartments for me to choose from. I'm still anxiously awaiting to hear back from him and see what my choices are! Exciting, but nerve wracking as well. For those who've been in my situation, how long did it take before you were able to view the floorplans/apartments from the time you were told that you were officially approved? I figured I'd hear something by today, but still on the edge of my seat!

Congrats! Do you mind telling us (re-telling us?) your income bracket/log number? How long between interview and the approval call? Thanks!

Really random question...are the apartments typically numbered, like 14G and such? Or are they without letters?

no letters, just floor and #
eg:

1st floor

101
102
103 etc

This is true of Commons. Crossing, however, is lettered. 5A, 5B, etc.

What would be the situation if you moved into an apartment here and your income level or household level changed? Say you got married/won the lottery/lost your job? Is your lease dependent on random checks and recertifications?
