Is there by any chance we can still change the apartment we were assigned during unit viewing, since we haven't signed a lease yet? I was given a wheelchair accessible apartment, but I do not need that, as I am not in a wheelchair. I hope I can still change during lease signing..

There is no chance, once you say yes to the offer its yours but if you say no they move on the the next person

They told me no.... I was trying to get a 2 bedroom because of my son and they said once your assigned that's it.... And if someone lets go of their apart because they are 3 months backed up in rent they will let me know.... Because everyone is already assigned to an apartment....but call and let them know because prestige management had messed up on a lot of paper work

This is unjust, the wheelchair accessibility apartment is missing cabinets from the bottom and there is no tub. I am not qualified for the apt because of any disability, its because I have a low log number (under 100). I feel like I was tricked. I'm going to fight for a regular apartment no matter what, because I truly like the apartments.
