Hey, I submitted my paper work like the second week in May..came once to drop off some more documents they needed after tht date...my log number is in the 500's. My fingers are extremely crossed.
Due to construction they needed to reschedule the viewing so i will call them tomorrow if not they said the latest they will contact me Monday :/ jesh. Im not too upset because today was my sister's graduation ! I was able to stay for the entire day. I'll let us know an update though positive prayers
To LovePink: When I called them last week, they told me that now they processing 5000,s numbers. I don't have an idea now how they processing, maybe preferences first? I tried to call them twice today. Nobody pick up the phone. Just answering massage machine.
I just checked NYC building registration site. It's shows that 516 and 524 still not have Certificate of Occupancy. And their Status: Vacant. 526 Schroeders ave has registration with HPD.
@lyla45 I believe they are only processing preferences...but im not even sure when it comes to them saying their processing the 5,000's, it jus doesn't sound right, but processing the preferences first sounds legit to me and maybe some of their numbers were in the 5000's. I received a call to bring in one more document to get the process started so idk. I'm jus wishing and praying for us all. : )
