Omg they called me just now to reschedule I'm so upset because if the move in is 7/15 it's no way they can show us the apartment or the move in might be pushed back
Hi, ladies. They still did 't ready. 516 &524 still has no Certificate of Occupancy. And their Status: Vacant. But 526 Schroeders ave has Status: Not Vacant, and registered with HPD. They are late .But, if you paid a deposit already, you will get it anyway.Just you paid, and you wanna see what you paid for & get it! And everybody else, who are still waiting for that approval. It's takes a time, lols. The good news: now is the nice weather go to the beach, get some fresh air, relax. We need little brake from WAITING! Because of when you are Just WAITING, it's like you have nothing to do else. Live your life, ladies, and enjoy the summer time! Winter was so long, just be happy now!
Yea their trynna get situated....but their driving ppl crazy lol... Well as for me I'm trying not to stress...I leave for Disney world tmrw for a week but wishful thinking I hope something comes in the mail for me while I'm gone with some good news. The good thing: there are 2 shopping malls with maaaany stores out there. So, don't be in a hurry to buy everything. As regarding furniture: it's make a sense see the apartment first, see where are the windows & doors. By then, you exactly will know, what size and kind of furniture you need it, lols.
