I called them today morning. The woman said right now they on the 4000,s ##, preference.And for no preference, on 649 # .She said, if they have something available they will send a letter. Otherwise they just put you on waiting list. I'm just little confused. Because, they have different preferences, with different %% & priorities.. Will try to call them tomorrow again.
