Ok so friday i have to let the super know lol
But yes the lights is in my name i had to give them the 3160 address as well as cable lol
But the super did say if 855 doesnt go through give them the 3160..
When I see him again I'll tell him. Yeah I have all my clothes and stuff all I have in my room in a air bed and a box to put my tv on, curtains are up except for my daughters room, bathroom set up All my daughters toys are in her room pretty much is just empty space
Sec 8 didn't generate the hap contract yet which it should be soon if I move in now I have to pay the entire rent so I have to wait but the week after the 15th I should move in Lovemlayla, it's too much but I'm getting there.
Almost all of Park Avenue in the Bronx is terrible. This particular area is so-so because 161st near Yankee Stadium is going under slow gentrification and will soon be deemed the "Piano District". And it's also near lots of shopping and not a terrible walk away from the D or 4. Lots of buses as well and you can be in Manhattan pretty fast. Overall, I certainly wouldn't be clamoring to live there at all but if you were further into the Morrisiana section, I would say a TOTAL NO. Since you would be closer to the Yankee Stadium, I'll give it a pass.
