Good Morning to all, I have been following this thread since day one and never actually wrote on here! But I would like to say I am very happy to all that got approved!!!!!!!! I am playing the waiting game right now, HP has my case, I already seen the apartment but was told I wasn't appoved yet, so ANXIETY is in 1 million. How is everyone else doing?

Well I was interviewed in October and all the way up to three weeks ago Ive been back and forth with them, got a rejection letter in November, filed an appeal then been back and forth sending documents. MY log number is in the late 17**, Im not sure what CB means lol. I applied for a 2 bedroom but I was told those are full already, so Sticking with a 1 bedroom. My file was probably sent to hdc in january because thats when I got my credit checked and my employment verification sent to my job. Its been a rollercoaster ride for me really, but Im staying positive and trying to be as patient as possible, if its for me it will be if not thats fine too.
When did u see the apartment? Why would they show you the apartment without beening approved 1st? That's such a teaseeeee lol...unless they already know your approved? I hope they call you soon with the approval though.

I saw the apartment last tuesday, and yes samething i said, its the biggest tease ever, i didnt even fell happy seeing the apartment because of that. But lets see, thank you I hope so too. I feel like calling them to see whats up.

Well they called me to tell me all 2 bedrooms where taken, if i wanted to have a 1 bedroom instead. so if they havent called you yet then that means whatever you applied for is still available.

This is a nice story from you . coming back from the death row to the final stage. your log number is great , in the first place why did they reject your application . I do believe you're in cb preference. IF they say 2 bedroom are full already , let me paraphrase that " Thats only apply to the bracket you're going " for example $647 2 bedroom may be full . not all others bracket. if you think its been a rollecoaster to you read all of my post.
