Max income for 2 bedrm is $153,500.
For 3 bedrm $176,250.

2 and 3 bedroom...bah, that leaves me out, although I think the smaller apts. had their lottery a few years ago, iirc, and I wasn't selected.

Sounds like worse than Rosalie Manning, in that that corruption was "just" relating to who got apartments. The board member here was getting kickbacks from service providers, sounds like.
