I understand how you feel completely. I've been applying for years, this is the first time that I have gotten a relatively low log number in the 100s. We have to stay positive and hope for the best. If it's for you then it will work out. I've learned that it's best to apply and forget that you even submitted an application because the waiting will drive you crazy. I pray that everything works out for all of us and that we hear back soon!! They seem to be moving quickly and we are still in the running. Let's keep our fingers and toes crossed lol, because it can and will happen for us too.
Any updates? I haven't heard anything, no request for docs, nothing..... I called HPD and asked what log number they are currently processing and I was told that they haven't received any applications. I was also told that this building is being handled by a sister company. When I reached out to the sister company it went straight to voicemail. Idk about this one ...
The building is still under construction. I’m not sure when it is scheduled for completion but a few weeks ago when I walked past, it definitely was not close to completion as walls and flooring were missing.
Any updates? I still haven't been contacted to submit documents. HPD said that they will still contact people even though the building isn't complete. There are only 55 units idk why its taking so long...
My log is 1*** they did contact me to submit documents. They initially contacted me on October and a again in November.The building won't be ready until February 2022
Thanks for the update. Also, the developers submitted documents for the building obtain its certificate of occupancy on December 28th. They will probably call you to see some of the units soon. So exciting !!
