Hey guys did management contact anyone else on when they will sign there lease? I wanted to move in April 1 as well but still haven’t received a phone call or email! Hopefully they reach out soon. I cant believe we will have to go all the way to the bronx. Do anyone know that once you sign the lease they will give you the keys right away? Cant wait to meet my new neighbors!!!!

Has anyone received any moving in information. I was told we would get keys on Friday but is it scheduled move ins. Although I felt they should have gave keys during lease signing.

Yeaaa I thought that was a lil wild to sign lease with no keys but I was told I’ll be contacted on the 31st or 1st

Yea I asked if I can pick up the 31st. I told them I can't pick up Friday because I have work and the times were like 10pm-3pm. Just waiting to hear back I was hoping to at least go into clean or something.

Hey guys Happy Friday just picked up my keys from the building. Seems like they are really busy still painting etc... I met the Super Earl really nice ... they actually have a cleaning company cleaning the Apts I walked in on mine being cleaned....

Does anyone know why there have been police and detectives in and out of the building for the past few days? Now there’s a Crime Scene Unit truck parked outside in the front.
