I'm in the 60% as well, completed documents and was approved. Just waiting to hear back when the exact move in date. I haven't been there in awhile to see how much progress has been done.

Same here! The rep said that the building won’t be finished until February, but I’m curious to know if it’s near completion. I also read online that a medical facility will occupy the ground floor.

Would you happen to know if there are anymore units left?

I’m sorry, I didn’t ask. I qualified for a 60% ami 1-bedroom unit, so I think at that time (earlier this month) at least that was still available.

I’m wondering the same. I was told that the move in date was Feb. 2022, but I haven’t heard from management. I really want to view the apartment.

I really had my heart set on this lottery. I have CB and ME and a relatively low number. My application still says submitted. Is it wishful thinking that there’s still some units left in my AMI
