From what I understand they have community board preference. But our logs are pretty low so hopefully we will be contacted to submit docs soon, (just have everything on had and organized). These units from the blueprints seem awesome. I was sold once I saw they had washer and dryer in unit. If you hear anything Mike let me know !! I will keep you updated as well.

Congrats! Can you tell us your estimated log and AMI, if you’re comfortable. I’m really hopeful that they haven’t filled all the units yet since the building isn’t completed. This is my dream lottery.
Thank you guys!! My ami is 60% my log was 10** now that the review is complete I can't see it anymore. But I believe that's what it was it's only showing me the application number and that's not what was there before. Yes it's my dream too, I pass by everyday coming from work to see the process
